I tried to reach out to StateFarm Rep John Marinek in Leander, got no responses three times throughout three separate days. Called Jerrod Little in Cedar Park and his Rep Hannah took good care and got my vehicle covered in under 15 minutes flat. No fluff, no up-sale, exactly what I asked for and made it happen. Processed info, payment and sent ID cards immediately via email. She was efficient and easy to talk too. Highly recommend asking for Hannah if you need coverage, thanks again Jerrod and Co. "

"The service here at Jarrod Little State Farm in Cedar Park is wonderful, 5/5 stars. Hannah , Jarrod ,and everyone else I have ever spoken with in the many years I have been with them are awesome everytime. They are always polite and work hard to make sure you have the exact policy you want and might need. You can even have an account policy with them if you do not live in cedar park or keep your policy if you move. (In Texas I think) They also explore extra coverage you might not have added to your account, dont forget to ask what you can bundle with state farm to save for peace of mind. Life insurance, safe drive, and renters insurance are good to have, there is more too just ask for more details. Sometimes it can actually save you money by bundling coverages on your account. If you are looking for a smooth experience and possibly a long term relationship with someone who cares and has your back you can count on insurance company, State Farm Jarrod Little in Cedar Park is a great choice."
